Shipping and Returns

COVID-19 NOTICE
Due to the circumstances and difficulties surrounding the pandemic, there are shipping delays and/restrictions. Please check your own local postal service for more up-to-date information. IMPORTANT! AUSTRALIA POST HAS SUSPENDED IT'S ECONOMY SERVICE WHICH HAS AFFECTED THE SHIPPING PRICES FOR NON-FLAT ITEMS SIGNIFICANTLY. STICKERS, STICKER SHEETS, DECALS AND PRINTS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE CHANGES.

SHIPPING Your order is shipped from Melbourne, Australia. All items are ready to ship in 1-2 business days after you place your order.

Tracking, Registered Post and Insurance
In order to keep shipping cost low and attainable for everyone, extra postage options such as tracking, express post, registered post (signing on delivery) and insurance, ARE NOT included in the default shipping options. If you do require any of these, please contact me prior to making an order with your mailing address and I can create a custom shipping option for you.

Domestic Orders (Australia)
Domestic orders are shipped via Aus Post Regular and should arrive in 3-5 business days.

International Orders
International orders are shipped via Aus Post Economy and should arrive in 12-20 business days. Please note this can vary depending on customs or other varying factors such as the Australian Bushfries or Covid-19.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES Unfortunately I do not provide refunds, please be sure of your purchase before payment. I will cancel an order if a request is sent via the contact form no later than 12 hours from the order being made. Exchanges will be made if there are any noticable flaws on the item received, however this will be considered case-by-case. Please send a photo of the defect after getting in touch via the contact form.

MISC All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$), an effort has been made to include US$ pricing as a lot of traffic is based there. Please bear in mind that these are only estimate conversions and are not up-to-date.
